All item purchased will be processed up to 3 working days before delivery.

Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is between 3 to 5 days.

Delivery to Sabah and Sarawak can take up to 7 working days.

International delivery will take approximately 2 weeks after processing.

WAU Animation is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

If any item returned to WAU Animation due to the buyer’s failure to accept delivery, the buyer will pay all additional costs incurred if the item needs to be delivered again.

Any change of item,the buyer will bear the returning cost or may personally exchange it at WAU Animation’s office in Cyberjaya.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.

Self-pick up method is available for impulse buyer on working days.
